Veg Pakora

Mix vegetables bounded in chickpea batter mix, perfectly shaped and served with mint sauce and lemon wedge.

Puri

Deep fried puri bread filled with spicy potatœs, chickpeas, chicken or prawns in a dry sauce.

Cubes of chicken marinated in garam masala and a blend of spices, cooked in the tandoor.

Garlic Chicken Tikka

Cubes of chicken tikka seared in tandoor, finished with pan fryed onions and roasted garlic.

Bite size pieces of chicken tikka smothered in melted blue cheese served on a bed of crispy lettuce.

Tandoori Chicken

Tandoori Salmon

Fillet of Scottish pink salmon gently marinated in a blend of yoghurt, dill, fennel and ginger with a trace of mustard oil, roasted in a tandoor.

Sword Fish Tikka
